The fee you pay covers the entire process—from consultation, support, and course development to final delivery. It also includes a limited product warranty period after handover..
2. Can I exclude certain steps to optimize costs?
Absolutely. At INSPARK, guided by the principle “No Customers, Only Partners”, we foster a culture of collaboration to ensure both sides achieve their goals. We can flexibly adjust and optimize specific steps to meet your requirements.e.
3. Will there be any additional costs during implementation?
NO, unless there are MAJOR changes directly related to the course—for example, significant content modifications once the project has moved to later stages. In such cases, additional costs may arise, but only with mutual agreement between authorized representatives of both Parties. Project staff do NOT have the authority to charge you any extra fees.
4. Will the course be video-based or animated? Is there an extra cost for voice-over?
We provide both formats. However, recent market trends have shown greater investment in and focus on animation. All voice-over costs are already included in the project fee, except in cases where you specifically request the involvement of KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), which may incur additional charges.
1. Which payment methods are available?
Once all documentation is completed and INSPARK issues an invoice, you may complete the transaction by transferring the payment to our corporate bank account.
2. Which currency could I pay?
For transactions within Vietnam, payments are made in VND. For foreign-owned enterprises (FDI) or overseas partners wishing to pay in other currencies, we will provide a compliant alternative solution in accordance with legal regulations.
1. 1. How long does it take to digitalize one course?
For a short course, we typically complete the digitalization process within 28 days from the project start date. For urgent projects, we apply our BOOST process to accelerate delivery according to your needs.
2. How soon can you start after receiving the deposit?
Immediately. Once the valid deposit is received, we begin the project without delay.
3. How much time do I have to provide feedback at each stage?
Normally 1–3 working days, depending on the phase. The actual timeline depends on your response speed, so we encourage you to use this time effectively to keep the project on schedule.
4. How long is the product warranty?
Warranty periods vary by project. In some cases, coverage can extend up to 10 years, with flexible adjustments and simple modifications offered throughout the entire product lifecycle.

INSPARK receives your brief, then provides consultation, develops a detailed script, designs visuals, and digitalizes the product. Throughout the entire process, you will communicate with only one lead specialist and one assistant to ensure your feedback is accurately conveyed to our production team.
2. Can I “fast-track” the process?
Yes, this is possible. However, we will first provide thorough consultation so that you fully understand and agree before proceeding.

Your project is always within your control. We offer continuous progress updates for each project, ensuring you can monitor developments at any time without interruption.

INSPARK will handle the entire process for you. Your role is simply to review and provide feedback on the products we deliver. Throughout implementation, we will actively communicate with you to ensure you understand what is being developed and how effectively it aligns with your objectives.
2. Will I receive guidance on how to digitalize courses?
Yes. Digitalization includes the entire process, from idea preparation and content framework development to design concept, digitalization, and maintenance. We are always ready to guide and support you, addressing any challenges or questions at every stage.
3. Do I need to install any digitalization software?
No. We provide all the necessary tools and coordinate with you using simple technical requirements, so you do not need to install any additional software. We are also available to assist you whenever you encounter difficulties during the product review process at any stage.
4. Can I learn digitalization techniques and methods from INSPARK?
Yes. Every year, we organize workshops to share knowledge and best practices in digitalization. If your schedule allows, you are welcome to join. Participation may be free of charge or at a minimal cost to cover learning materials and venue arrangements.
